SOUVENIR® is a women’s ready-to-wear fashion brand inspired by world travel, different cultures and the appreciation for life.
Established in 2011 and based in Los Angeles, the concept was born by its founder, Stefanie Anderson after a soulful holiday around the world. She wanted to remember the importance of enjoying life once returning home. The label’s signature red tassel is symbol of this reminder.
Tapping into the spirit of an island escape, the joyful fashion brand combines ancient handcrafts, smile inspiring colors and nostalgic prints.

FULL NAME: Stefanie Anderson
CITY: Los Angeles
COLOR OF CHOICE: Green
DRINK OF CHOICE: I’m addicted to cold Perrier in cans, by the case. Sauvignon Blanc, when I stop working.
IF YOU COULD EAT 1 THING EVERY DAY, WHAT WOULD IT BE: Pizza forever.
FAVE SONG TO DANCE TO: Tough to choose just one. Reggae or salsa because it reminds me of the islands. Otherwise, classic rock, like Led Zeppelin.
FAVE PLACE TO VISIT / VACATION: So hard to pick just one! First, The Caribbean Islands for its intense sun, unique music and diverse people. There are about 700 options of tiny islands you can sail to, with calm turquoise waters and beautiful coral reefs. Peru – for its unique blend of people, colorful traditions and probably the best foods I’ve ever had. Ceviche and The Pisco Sour were both invented in Peru. Nobu, one of the most renowned sushi chefs, began in Peru. https://www.inc.com/kimberly-kim/how-chef-nobu-built-restaurant-empire-robert-de-niro.html The diversity in the food is extraordinary from brilliantly spicy meat and potato dishes to a list of things I cannot even describe. Flavors from Spain, Africa, South American and Japan all mixed together. (See mouth watering list “top 10 things to eat in Peru”). I’m getting hungry!
CURRENTLY READING: The brain that changes itself, which is about brain science. (Yes, designers read more than magazines!
CURRENTLY SHOPPING: I shop everywhere from Elyse Walker to Target, vintage shops on Etsy and everything in between. But of course my favorite place to shop is Souvenir! : ) Moda Operandi always has beautiful trunk shows. Lately, I like to revisit saved pieces I’ve held in storage. It’s like shopping in your old closet and having a new wardrobe to play with.
